]]> Thanks to Jamie for alerting me to this on Twitter after my mentioning I joined a gym. Of course I had to find out if there was any information online and quickly set out to find what I could. Unfortunately for me, I am not eligible since I live in Virginia. But, far be it for me to not spread the word for those who are eligible.

The Details

  • You need to submit a signed contract for a new gym membership dated between 1/1/10 and 2/28/10 [gym name must be clearly identified on form]
  • An original completed rebate form [no photocopies accepted] here is what the form looks like courtesy of Monarch Beverage.
  • You must be at least 21 years old
  • No beer purchase is necessary
