Today DH, Stephen, & I dug up two bushels of potatoes and picked the last of the beans. Then DH plowed the ground in preparation for the Fall crop. Later DH cleaned out the chicken coop and tonight we put fresh straw down. Those chickens sure do have the life!

Tonight we picked green beans, cucumbers, and dug up some potatoes. The beans and potatoes will go nicely with the roast we picked up at Sam's Club today. Can't wait to get dinner started in the morning. Super simple, just place everything in the crock pot and let it simmer all day long.
