It really was not as bad as I thought it would be and it was excruciating and seemed to never-end all at the same time. Oh, I had my eyebrows threaded today. The really fun part was when Stephen said it hurt him just to watch. Yeah, Stephen was the lucky victim child to spend the day with me and it was his idea, too. Not the threading, but the going out. He wanted to go by Best Buy and pick up a cd [we did].

I sit down and remove my glasses. Not that I was asked, but I thought it was common sense to do so. She started with the right side and I felt almost nothing. Then a little something. Next I was asked to pull the skin tighter and the thread was under the eyebrow. Son of a !

I am told this last 3 weeks which is supposed to be longer than waxing. It has been a very long time since I had my eyebrows waxed and I was never all that regular anyway. Hey, I am lucky if I get a haircut once a year, think I really think about the eyebrows? I do use my tweezers to avoid the dreaded unibrow, so cut me a little slack here. Anywho… I did not realize that waxing only lasts a week. And waxing is very bad and I am not to use my tweezers any more. Oh, and next time, since the hair will be shorter, this should not hurt – at all! Yippee! Yes, I think I may go back. I may even schedule a haircut, maybe.
