At some point we will all experience the dreaded menopause, but not everyone will experience it in the same manner or even at the same age. Much like the beginning of a woman’s menstrual cycle, the ending of the cycle will mark big changes. Some women may go experience menopause in their 20′s and 30′s for a variety of reasons, but many will go through the brunt of it in their 40′s and 50′s. This does not mean a woman won’t experience early symptoms.
E does a fantastic job a breaking it all down, answering questions, giving you questions to ask, and making you feel like you’re not alone on this ride (which, you are not). The feel is as if E is right there with you having a drink and a bit of lively discussion on a topic many women are uncomfortable with, but need not be.
