I’m A Traditional Kinda Gal
I love lace and 3/4 inch sleeves. I was a loyal AT&T and Allstate customer for years. I’m still registered as a Republican although I feel they are a bit too one-sided for my way of thinking. And I still love my yogurt…
…or do I?
I love that I can get 10 cups of yogurt for $4.50. Last time I was able to snag a free movie ticket, too. Yet, I am not so sure I can keep up this love affair any longer.
HFCS?!?!?
Good for me equals real foods. Good for me does NOT equal High Fructose Corn Syrup! Yet, that is exactly what I am getting with each yummy, creamy, tasty, saccharine sweet cup of 45ยข yogurt I buy.

And I long for the simpler days of yore…
Advancements were made and we no longer have to churn our own butter. And yet, how advanced are we when we eat more crap, get less exercise, can’t pronounce half the ingredients in our food, and then place blame on everyone but ourselves?
I for one am taking personal responsibility for my and my family’s well-being. No longer will I be lured in by the savings only to eat unhealthy. I will now pay more, but feel better. And in the long run won’t that save me more than just a few pennies?
