First impressions.
I found it odd that is sounds like a spray paint can when shaking. This may be normal among health and beauty products, though. Neutrogena UltraSheer® Liquid is light on the skin and blends in quickly. I don’t wear make-up, but given the light feel would think putting make-up on over it should not be an issue.
My skin felt no different when wearing Neutrogena UltraSheer® Liquid versus not wearing while outside and sweating unlike other sunscreens which could make your skin feel greasy when you sweat.
Just add a few drops to the palm of your hand. Using your fingertips, apply to your face. Reapply as needed, but typically after swimming and excessive sweating.
