It takes everyone to make business work. Although, I've also seen my share of entitled employees who feel they should be paid double for doing the bare minimum. It never ceases to amaze me how people still believe they are irreplaceable. Yet, I should be able to reasonably expect the cashier and greeter to say hello/have a nice day, right? No matter. I really am done with Walmart. Companies just keep missing the fact that some of their employees are going to kill their business. At the same time, employees need to continually be motivated when they're in what are considered dead end jobs, and so I have an understanding of why some of them stop caring. You'd think those cameras they're supposedly recording everyone with would actually be watched every once in awhile, but it doesn't look like it happens.
