The fun twin moms, Janice and Susan, behind 5 Minutes for Mom are at it again. It’s that time of year for a ❀Blog Party❀! This is my first time, so I guess that makes me a party virgin [is that family friendly?]. 
All about me…
For those just stopping by, I’m Anne. I’m a 38 recent college grad, currently unemployed number cruncher, urban turned country farm girl, and mom to 3 wonderfully, crazy, insanely smart, funny, witty, and loving teenagers. I have an affinity with numbers and find it annoying to be so good at something I find to be so painstakingly boring. One day I hope to become a published writer [in actual print media].
Here on my bloggy home I share a little bit of everything. You’ll find posts on my kids and images of our chickens. Looking for a recipe? I have a few intermittently scattered about with more to come. Want to know what fitness videos work? Well, I’ve tried P90X and Core Fusion, as well as, Shaun T’s Hip Hop Abs and a few more. Now to motivate myself to workout more often! I also share my thoughts on things as I look to inspire a little thought from my readers. And every once in awhile I hold a giveaway. Ah Anne, stick with digital. Who wants a bunch of paper anyhow. Remember when there were printed pictures? It will be the same with books, especially since the introduction of things like kindle and ipad (available at my estore on my blog).
You could always do what I have done and write an ebook. It was pretty easy to get it up for sale. Let me know if you need help and I’ll give you some steps.

@Julie ~ jbulie’s blog, I love the feel of a book. Like Carrie in Sex and the City – the movie – I love the smell of old books. One day I hope to have my very own library, or at least a room full of books floor to ceiling and wall to wall. I have one that I need to start concentrating on. It’s become a bit more pressing and I will probably be going offline even more as I delve deeply into this personal venture. I will definitely look you up for help with my first digital venture. I have one of those in the works as well.

So nice to run into you at the party! I have to tell you, we just took a trip to New Zealand and stayed at a farmstay where my 3-yr-old daughter could pick the eggs she would have for breakfast (without having to clean up after the chickens… haha!)… We had the best time!

@Becca, It really is an interesting life with chickens. We have one hen that is broody and we’re having a time of it trying to move her to a separate location so she can raise us up a few chicks.
