It’s the day all retailers here in the States [maybe elsewhere, too] hope to make enough money to take their financials from the ‘red’ to the ‘black’. It was cute when my 16 year old came up to me the other day with this look of ‘a-ha’ at her realization of what Black Friday means.
Years ago retailers would give away goodie bags at the door and my mom and I would go around to see how much free stuff we could get. One year she even won a turkey.

Ahh. :p We don’t have that in my country. But I’m not complaining – we have so many holidays here as it is. :p

I’m with Rey, not familiar with Black Friday as we also do not have that here in Portugal (pity because it sounds interesting). I’m looking for an iPhone, so if you by any chance stumble by one on this “Black Friday Deals”, do let me know:) Thanks
