{UPDATE: I knew this would not last long. I will be sure to let you know when they are accepting applications again.}
If you are going to join any survey panel PineCone Research is the one to join. They do not offer enrollment all of the time, so if you are interested in applying I recommend doing so sooner rather than later.
You do not get bombarded with tons of emails. I receive a few emails each week alerting me to knew survey opportunities. And I do not mind when I get an email as I know they are so great in paying for my time.
I have been with PineCone Research for only a few short months and already have received two $3.00 checks and anticipate a third payment. Now they offer PayPal so you do not have to wait for a check to arrive in the mail.

I did that when I was pregnant with Joe Joe. Never did get anything from it, but probably didn’t stick with it long enough.
I gave up on surveys in general after I found I was spending 20 minutes to a half hour to complete them (not sure if they were from Pinecone, most likely some other company) only then, after hitting “submit” to get a message letting me know I didn’t qualify for that survey. Agh!

I agree that most surveys are a waste of time. I have had positive experiences with two companies, but one was totally random. PineCone has sent me several payments [$3 each] which I felt to be fair and they don’t inundate me with email requests. The other is MyView. I actually won a $500 sweepstakes for completing surveys with them. This was completely random, but very nice indeed! Generally if it is going to take more than 5 minutes I delete, who has the time for a maybe?
