Hi Denise,
I have not had any problems with Target and using coupons, but have heard some reports of others having issue. Some stores do not accept the Target printable coupons, so you may want to call ahead and make sure yours does – even though their policy states otherwise. Also, it is important to be an empowered consumer. Heather over at Freebies4Mom is always saying this and has a great post on it as well. Also, Tara over at Deal Seeking Mom has a post you should print out and bring with you, it’s Target’s coupon policy. If you have any problems show the policy to the cashier and/or speak to a manager. Let me know how it goes.
