P90X Week 3, Er, Week 2 Still

So, with DH off last Friday our workout was never rescheduled.  This coupled with the missed Yoga on Thursday, and no workout Saturday or Sunday or Monday!  Amanda and I resumed where we left off (sort of) on Tuesday.  We did not do Yoga.

Saturday – no workout

Sunday – no workout

Monday – no workout

Tuesday – Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

Wednesday – Kenpo X

Thursday – Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X

Friday – Plyometrics

I feel it all over this week.  We were working our legs and abs and I said to Amanda I really need to work on my butt!  Apparently P90X heard me.  There is not a part of me that is not sore.  Oh, but it is a good sore.  I am really hoping to get back into all of those great clothes I bought last year [when I still had a job] and get more use out of them.

We decided it did not matter if we missed a few days.  We just pick up where we left off and continue towards our goal – to finish the program and get in shape!  Grrr!
