I love Nature Valley products. They are always tasty. Oh, and they are good for you, too. It is so great to find something healthy and delicious, isn’t it? Courtesy of My Blog Spark, I was sent full size packages of Nature Valley Nut Clusters to try. These come in four flavors: Honey Roasted Peanut, Roasted Cashew, Roasted Almond, and Nut Lovers. Megan was the first to tear into these. She loves cashews and had to try them first. Of course, I went for the roasted almond; there are none left! These would be a perfect alternative to a bowl of mixed nuts.
These range in calories from 140 – 160 per serving. And these servings are generous, 7 – 8 clusters. Trust me, 4 -5 would be satisfying. Watch out, though, these are super crunchy. You may want to break them up a bit if you are sensitive to hard foods.
Although the roasted peanut is the only one to include honey in its name, all four contain honey. The nut lovers is a combination of cashews, pecans, and peanuts mixed with granola and a touch of honey. The packages are 100% resealable, so you do not have to worry about storing these babies! And a winning point for me is they are made in the U.S.A. This is important with all the food import issues of late. I know my parents do not buy anything not made in the U.S.A.
