This week I resumed restarted my P90X workout. I made it through 3 whole weeks back in March, then went out of town twice and missed several workouts, got frustrated, went out of town again, and decided to postpone the program until life settled down a bit. Now is as good a time as any. My lovely daughter, Amanda, is doing the program with me. Our goal is to workout at 6:00 am each morning. So far our earliest workout has been at 8:00 am. By the time school starts we will need to be up and ready to workout at 5:00 am. UGH! By my calculations, I should be hitting 90 days right around my 38th birthday. Wouldn’t that be nice?!
Monday – Chest & Back & Ab Ripper X
Tuesday – Plyometrics Core Synergistics
Wednesday – Shoulders & Arms & Ab Ripper X
Thursday – Yoga X
Friday – Legs & Back & Ab Ripper X
I do not own a scale so I will not be recording or worrying too much about weight loss by that measurement. My big test will be by the feel and size of my clothing. Currently, I am wearing anything from a size 6 to 9, depending on the cut. My goal is to get back into my size 2 -4 pants (I was wearing these this past November before losing my job and my will to workout). This should bring me to around 125 lbs for my 5’5″ frame. But mostly, I will be happy when my arms do not have so much jiggle and my thighs do not annoy me by rubbing together. Eek!
