Okay, no additional chickens, but my have they grown. This past weekend when the weather was nice DH moved their run out of the garage and into the sun of the backyard. They seemed to really like this. Ivy was in her kennel going nuts. Here is a little video of the chickens at approximately 4 weeks:
In the upcoming weeks we will begin to introduce them to their coop. This should be fun [insert sarcasm here]. They will be free-range, meaning we will need to round them up each evening until they learn where home is. The coop still needs some work: paints, doors (people and chicken), nesting boxes, etc.). Perhaps we can make this a family affair with the kids out of school for Spring Break next week.
