I am a little behind on my workouts due to some travel this past weekend and I am determined to get back on schedule. So far this has not happened. But, there is always tomorrow.
Tuesday was Shoulders & Arms. Shoulders and Arms have most assuredly improved in this short timeframe. My reps were more, my band was more taut, I was pumped! Have I said how much I LOVE this workout? I really, really, and truly do. Seriously. My arms and upper body strength is not (have never been) one of my stronger (no pun intended) suites. I am hoping to change that through p90x. I did experience a little soreness in my left shoulder yesterday; it is gone today. I rocked Ab Ripper X. I should be able to do the entire workout by week 5. That is my goal.

Today I did Yoga X and made it more than halfway through. My goal was halfway. I do not enjoy vinyasa. I used to love yoga. Maybe I will again, once I have more strength. I did enjoy the balance poses and the stretches. But somewhere around 18:55 minutes left I felt quite nauseated and had to lie down. Thus ended my workout for the day.
I am still three days behind, so with a little luck I will do two workouts tomorrow and I could skip my day of rest or do the Stretch X and start week 3. I will be out of town next Thursday, Friday, & Saturday and do not want to fall much further behind. I figure with my recovery week it will not be so hard to maintain my workouts (hopefully) while away. This means I need to get back on schedule.
I do not expect to see much change at my 30 day point, but I may be [pleasantly] surprised. We shall see.
What is your workout routine? I would love to hear all about it. Did you blog about it? Leave a comment with a link to your post.

Sounds like everything is going well. Keep up the good work.
