Okay, so I said I was going to do Stretch X on day 7, but I did homework instead. I had a report due for Auditing. This is the final week and I need to maintain my GPA. I also found out in class chat last night that there is an Auditing 2 course. I need to check my schedule and see if this is on it. I do not recall two auditing courses. This week we learned all about fraud. Ever hear of Crazy Eddie’s? “Our prices are… INSANE!” I remember the commercials from forever ago. Talk about your classic ethics and fraud case. But there I go, off topic… again.
** UPDATE: Got a “A” on that paper! WooHoo! **
I took my, well deserved, day of rest yesterday. Honestly, I could have used the stretching. Live and learn. There is always next week. Today was the beginning of week two. A repeat of week one starting with Chest & Back. I must say, I did SO much better this week. It is amazing how one week of committed workouts will change your body. Can you just picture the little straightjacket? I did much better on the pull ups (using bands over the door) and push ups (modified as well). I feel it in my back this week. I hope that means I did something right. And Ab Ripper X, oh my goodness! As my children would say – I am beasting! I did [almost] the who program. There are a few that still hurt my lower back, but not as bad. I modified the bicycle to accommodate my back and my thighs were screaming!
I am supposed to go out of town with Megan for IDL (Indoor Drumline) finals this weekend. I will be able to workout Saturday, but Sunday is up for grabs. And we may not return until some time on Monday. Guess I will just take it one day at a time. Tomorrow is Plyometrics X. Tony refers to Plyo as the mother of all X workouts. I would not question his authority on this one. It is brutal. I cannot wait to see how much I can do tomorrow!

Im interested in the crazy eddie fraud case! Do tell!
