If I have not said so yet, let me say it now, I am LOVING this workout! And by this workout I mean, p90x. Tony Horton has got to be the best trainer/instructor on DVD. I can only imagine how motivating he would be in person. As someone who worked out several times a week and in many different classes, it is extremely important for me to connect with my instructor. I have tried many different workout videos and they are good, but not nearly as motivating as p90x and Tony.
I was concerned with doing legs today, since my legs are still like jelly from Plyometrics. Man, that workout really stays with you. I need not have concerned myself. My legs feel much better now that I have worked them out again. I need to figure out how to get my bands to stay over the door so I can simulate the pull ups, which were required yet again with this workout. I did my best with arm curls, but I want to get the right exercise. And there were the 75 calf raises. I do these when I stand in one place too long just to break up the monotony, but try doing 75 in a row. I hope I do not get a charlie horse tonight. Where are those bananas?
I almost forgot about Ab Ripper X. Two days in a row. My punishment for being such a procrastinator and not having the time to do my workout on Saturday. Good news, I did get through a lot more of this workout today. Some of it still hurts my lower back, but I rocked the ab workout today.
Tomorrow is Kenpo X. I am excited!

Thank you so much for the encouragement. From the way it sounds you are doing well with the workouts. I did yoga last night and it was the most challenging so far. I’ll keep watching if you keep posting, good luck.
